Scott, Quentin, Jan, Bill.  These are the people you will deal with when you need support for your telecommunication problems and you call your local office at 788-6404.  For internet questions, call 788-INET.

For assistance with your telecommunication problems, call 788-6404 during our office hours.  We are open M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.  After hours, call the office and listen to the prompts and you will be directed to our tech, or if a non-emergency, you will be able to leave a message so we can return your call the next business day.  You may e-mail us at service@reinbeck.net.

For help with your internet or e-mail account, we also have a help desk that is open M-F from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Sat & Sun 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  Call 788-INET for this service.
